phase 7 near T 1211 is around 95 to 100 lacs
sell this plot and buy 1 kanal in 9 prism between 1 or 2 years he give a gain 1 crore plus.

@ Akmal asking advice is good thing but property decission is at your own will. Future cannot be predicited but trends can be follwed & these trends can be studied by many propert experts like CMY. According to that
"In sha ALLAH" PRISM plot will gain more than your expectations in comming two years.
But my advise to you is try to buy in PRISM "A" block clean plot.
