Dear experts
I've a possession one kanal plot in phase 7 on which i am in plan to construct a house within 5 to 6 years. But in these days i am thinking to switch it to phase 8 with 10 marla or 1 kanal plot, is that will be the right decision or not please advice me with your precious opinions as iam not an expert or professional.

So you are willing to sell your 1 Kanal of phase-7 and utilize its worth for buying a 10 Marla in phase-8. Idea is not bad. Why don't you go for 5 Marla in DHA Town which is heaven's piece of land on Earth, besides phase-8. |

Why is everyone so sarcastic in Pakistan? Bro, don't go for smaller land, if you can afford to replace in phase 8 for one kanal, then go for it. However it would depend on the location. Your phase 7 good location plot may be better than a phase 8 average or bad location plot. |

If u can swap ur plot with one kanal plot in Phase-8 then it's fine otherwise stick to Phase-7 |

While phase 8 is a better location, I would never trade 1 kanal in phase 7 (5 mins away) for half the land in phase 8. Unless you can afford to get a 1 kanal in phase 8, keep phase 7 - way better than 10 marla in phase 8! In 5 years, phase 7 will be quite filled up and good place to construct. |

im also a holder in phase 7 and seriously considering to sell it and re invest somewhere bcoz of very slow returns but plz keep in mind that phase 7 is underpriced and phase 8 has peaked already. so if yu want to switch investment then its better to opt for some other underpriced area eg prism underprice blocks or 9 town or hold yur phase 7 as it will also give gradual slow returns like 10-15 percent annually for next 5 yrs |

I am from New York and I will like to pass my two cents comments as well. I was visiting phase 7 and 8 and 6. I timed my self and it takes only 5 minutes in car to go from phase 8 to phase 7 than why phase 7 prices are almost half of the price as compare to 8. It does not make any sense to me please explain |

Just because PH 7 is close to BRB. Prices are low and less people attracted to it. I dont see any other reason than that. |

Dear, Just visit your plot in phase-7 and then decide. Not much difference between phase 7 & 8 except 5 min more drive and price. Also phase-7 will populated quick then phase-8. Cheers. |
