I am planning to buy a plot in Lda Avenue1.
I want to make sure weather registry of plot exits or not because seller is saying we don't have any registry just allotment letter.
My Question from experts is.
How I can check the owner ship of plot via rigistry?
2.Will it be enough to have a transfer from Lda office without having registry?
3.What is the process of registry if I want to do that?
4.what are the charges for registry and do Lda offer registry against plot.
