I am planning to buy a plot In Lda avenue.
In normal practice all socities are offering transfer letter to buyer so what is the importance of Registry?will it be save to have a transfer letter rather than registry of plot? If someone want the registry after buying then what will be its process specially in Lda avenue.As if allottee did not have any registry of plot so on that case how we can verify that?
