dear experts, just wondering, why is bahria orchard D block plots more expensive than most other blocks in the project, thank you in advance for your comments.

Bahria Town is planing to shift it's office in C Block Bahria Orchard and it is near to completion and expected to be functional in couple of months. You can say C block is more expensive and D Block being adjacent to it has the same price range as compare to other blocks. |
