GT Road Commercial Near Gate 3 and Near World Trade Center, Islamabad
These commercials were launched almost 5 years ago. Their value has increased 3-4 times since then. They are located along GT Road at the highest point. There are 40 or so total plots. 15 plazas have been constructed. I own one plot there.
I want to make a WhatsApp group of owners of these plots. Objective is to find a way to best attract brand names to open businesses in these plazas. These could be food outlets, fashion outlets, banks, construction products, etc. The area can cater to Phase 2 as well as other regions as it is located on the highest point of main GT road.
