Non construction penalty,

Dear LRE and fellows,

Can any one guide me, whats the non construction penalty in bahria town E, F and orchard. Is it applied on yearly basis? Is there a max limit? It will be highly appreciated if you can tell me the penalty for 5, 10 marla and 1 Kanal plots.

Dear Ahsan,

There are no Non Construction penalty charges in Secor E and F Bahria Town.
In Bahria Orchard Central District if u have taken posession from 3 years and didnt constructed then u will have to pay Non Construction Penalty.
