Please explain the difference between affidavit and allocation files?

affidavit is only paperwork of deal done btw dha and land owner , when dha no allotted to it becomes allocated file. |

Dear,
the file against the land to land owner is affidavit file when he sale first time then it will convert to allocation file.
second the transfer charges for affidavit file is much less than allocation letter but almost both are safe. |
