Dear All,
I am an expat and planning to return to Lahore. I have around 30 million rupees. Can someone suggest what business or investment option to go for in this capital. I want to earn around 1% or my investment per month i.e. 300,000 in a halal way.

Very good question. However you want halal but saying fixed of 1% which makes you rather calculative person and that's no good, You should have faith in Allah.
I can suggest you to keep some money separate of your 30million on side to pay for necessary things for 12months Like 20-25lacs minus of total and invest remaining in different size plots in different societies. Review your purchase after 12months , resell and buy cheaper options available then, take your profit out.

This way you can keep on investing with original capital and profit earned will pay for living expenses.

do construction in DHA or BAHRIA town with 2-2.5 crore.
50 lakh keep as your immediate needs. you will get desired profit and peace of mind. and your investment always under your thumbs. dnt go for business suggested by others blindly.. do proper research first.
