I know this has been discussed alot , I need some guidance.
I have a plot in H block near 1220. The prices posted by LRE for H block are 58 to 105. The price given to me for my plot is 72-73 lacs....so that means this a below avg plot? Should I sell it off and invest somewhere else?
Guidance needed.
