I wish to start a discussion on opportunities in Gwader. I spoke to a real estate dealer and he thinks investment can multiple by 100 in 10 years time. obviously, this is not entirely true. I will highly appreciate if friends can share their information and experience on Real estate investment opportunities.

I've found Gwader Profitable & confident it will grow, provided Pak-China pact grows. But the most important for you to know, that I've found all real estate agents are either investing themselves, or making huge profit by informing ignorant sellers lower price & high price to new entrees for purchases.
As most of the investors did not visit Gwader, therefore one can easily fall prey to any of the greedy real estate agent. Better to visit or to be in touch with many agents before purchasing.
