I have a one kanal plot in DHA Prism sector A. We called DHA few months ago about the letter of development charges and were told to wait as the letters are being sent. As we didn't receive any letter until know we contacted DHA again and were told your letter was sent a while ago as they are sending letters for 5 marla plots now. DHA told us to come and collect the duplicate letter.
So my friends who are still waiting for the development charges letter, please contact DHA.

I'm overseas Pakistani, so my family visited DHA office and was told that because I didn't collect the letter which is supposed to be collected after 15 days of transfer they didn't send me the development charges letter . The late payment charges will still apply, They are Rs 89 per day, |

Anyone can pay development charges as i am in Dubai?
I just had that reference with me that is given on day of transfer with buyer. I also know my plot number, is this information good enough to pay the development charges by some of my relative ? |

Yes. Anyone can pay development charges on your behalf. It has to be paid in DHA office. I think your plot number and name should be enough. |
