I am new to the world of real estate and would really appreciate some guidance as to how to invest my savings of 15 million?
I have a timeframe of 3-5 years. Objective obviously is maximum ROI.

The only reason why I am reluctant to invest in PRISM is because it may take a decade to develop?
If that is the case, isn't it overpriced already? I would really appreciate some guidance on this as its my lifetime savings.
