Hi,

Is there any expert of Khayaban -e- Amin here. Just wanted to get a suggestion, whether to buy 5 marla plot in C block or L block. Prices are almost same but C would be inside proposed LRR and L would be outside of LRR. Also L block has possession but C hasn't.

Want to keep it for investment.

What are rates in L block of five marla possession plot and some one is requested to through some light on bad reputation of Khia Ban-e-Ameen.

Varies from 2.5 Million to 3.5 Million depending on location in both L & C .

I would say L block since it has the main park and as you said no LRR issue with this block.

I guess this is the right time to invest in Khayaban-e-amin. LDA has issued NOC for the revised plan and rates are showing an increasing trend since than. Starting of development work and any progress on Defence road and LRR project will shoot-up rates here.
