Dear LRE
I heard DHA is going to launch commercials in Phase-6 D-block as well, perhaps its map is out. Earlier they have given maps of new commercials in Phase-6 A-block, golf raya & DHA Town e-block.
What DHA wants to do by offering so many commercials? Dont you think increase in supply would affect the demand negatively and ultimately decrease in prices of existing commercial plots?

I think commercial is EXTREMELY risky for these sorts of reasons. |

I doubt on above-mentioned info but if it is correct then it's not good. It looks like DHA has stated following Bahria foot marks of minting as much money as possible through commercials. I do not think it's a healthy sign for investors who have invested huge amounts in existing Commercial broadway, Phase-6 MB, Phase-7 & 8, Phase-9 etc. DHA should consider these factors before launching commercial projects/plots in abundance.
Anyway, LRE comments are awaited, they must have solid info about this issue. |

Only prime location will maintain price e.g; plot on MB (big roads) in this circumstance, where we end up with massive supply of commercial plots.
People will still pay premium for prime locations but plots like on backside of MB or facing residential on small roads will be affected. |
