Looks like very high prices for villas who will not be built at top quality. I saw the Phase-1 villas with cracks on the walls, not impressed. The material they are going to use are not top of the class. e.g.
Main Door solid wooden, bed rooms door are wooden flush (poor), flooring is marble (which marble?? )+ porcelain (no mention of brand),
bedrooms, wooden laminate flooring, that is cheap!
sanitary ware & fittings : no mention of brand!
At least prices do not suffice build quality.
The only thing is location. There are few villas so likely to going to sell. Also no mention of delivery time of these villas. |

Phase 1 is reàly poor.phase 2 is little better.phase 3 will be improved.but not so much.i know same contractors and same staff there.only location is out standing. |

I am resident of Phase-I villa and quality of construction is extremely very poor. Almost all the residents are suffering badly and have spent millions of their own money to rectify the problems specially seepage but still the problems exits.
There is no walking track for the family to enjoy evening walk along the resident areas. On the other hand the Golf Course is restricted only for golf players while even for the residents/family members are not allowed to walk on the tracks on the already built tracks so that they can enjoy watching the golfers while playing golf (what a policy we have). In all over the world thousands of visitors are enjoying watching live golf by walking side by side with the players. |
