i have a question, when a plot is mentioned in the price eavl add by LRE it is given as 32, but when asked for eval by me, it is priced 30 incl instl. So are prices going down or what.

No prices going down. Its roughly estimated prices. No boday can give 100 percent acurate estimate. |
