So i recently saw an ad of hyatt regency operated pace circle apartment. When i further researched this project which I had been seeing in Cantt by the name of Hyatt i came to know that the pace circle apartments 2 bed retailing for 2.5 crores will have a guaranteed $2400 rental income as hyatt will basically rent these apartments from owners with 10% yearly incremental in rental as well.
Basically you buy the apartment and then rent it to hyatt for guaranteed 2400 dollar rent. Also shops are 2 crores in that mall.
What do you guys think? Is it a safe investment? I am hearing all units have been sold ?? Any thoughts or comments on this hyatt and pace project? I think the Taseers are funding this.

Totally failed project. They have the same grey structure built since 4 years. They lack funds and looking for investors to donate their money to them. I pass by this project daily as being a resident of Askari X. |

Isnt Hyatt a trusted and credible brand name? If it was a failed project I don't think Hyatt wouldve lent its name or credibility. I know its been taking forever but thats partly because pace is owned by salman taseer and with his son recently returned i think this projecy may have substance in it. Just want expert opinions because the location is surely beautiful. |
