Mine is near 272 - K - Phase 9. There is some factory area adjacent to these plots. Are there chances of increase in this plot or should i sell it? I've paid its 2nd installment some days ago. Please LRE, Jameel sb, Surfer, Ahmet Bhai and other learned members advice me so i can decide whether to keep or sell this plot. Please!!

Its better to sell this plot and buy in upper blocks away from villages, boundries factories & drain.

AOA no offence bro but be futuristic and kindly dont follow the trail of property dealers remember whatever means these dealers may utilize ONE MUST keep in MIND this fact that plots of PRISM 9 most areas have touched 1 crore including development charges but this PHASE 9 will be developed after completion of development work in phase 7 and phase 8 and do you know when phase 7 was launched it was in 2006 that is 10 years ago its still developing thanks to DHA staff .So kindly no OFFENCE please be realistic it will take atleast 12 years for PHASE 9 to become LIVEABLE keeping in mind the fact that phase 8 development still in early stages May Allah guide all and give strength to speak TRUTH Ameen

Yes first the development of phase 7 and phase 8 will be completed then phase 9 turn comes. so prism investor should pray for early development completion of phase 7 and 8. of course -the development will be started in phase 9 but it will not be that fast untill the development of earlier phases completed.
