Hello All,

Someone posted on this forum earlier that J and H blocks of Bahria Orchard are going to be Commercial hub in near future and Residential plots (8 marla) will reach 75 lacs within 1 year. Do you think it is realistic or just a marketing strategy ?

Dear Hassan,

Its true that there is going to be huge rise in prices of J and H Blocks because they are fully developed and possession is soon expected in near future.

I believe 110% on predictions by CMY and UPN because they always predict with full of knowledge and according to ground reality. I personally do not know any other person/dealer who has such kind of inner sources.

Yes,UPN is right,Bahria Orchard prices will fly and 8m can easily cross 75 lac in the end of this year2016,and 5m plot will be 50 to 60 lac.Orchard boom will break all record of bahria town past.Thinkers will repent as they are already repenting and the train will go...

Agree that price will increase, but to such an extent that it will be from 75 to 85 lacs for 8 marla in J / H block ?

Note: I am already an investor in Orchard and gained handsome profit.

We are not silent on LRR issue, the thing is its already discussed alot on many forums including LRE and as soon as we will have new authentic news on LRR will surely share.

Just to inform everyone, I've plot in H block and I've already taken Possession for my plot. It's matter just to apply for Possession.

What is estimate of your plot price ? Is it normal, corner, park facing ?
