Stamp Duty on Hiba and Foreign Citizen,

Hello
I am a USA citizen. My father just gifted me a 1 kanal plot as Hiba transfer at DHA Lahore in Phase 7. Do I as a foreign national have to pay Stamp Duty, and if so how much it is on one kanal? Thanks

Being the US National and having Pakistan Origin Card you have to pay same amount of Stamp CVT transfer fees etc as Pakistani National pays
However rates of Hiba or Gift is lesser than Purchase, DHA Mebership and trasfer fees is same but CVT and stamp is less, You will have to reach DHA office and legal advisor will answer this question.
