Dear LRE Team,
I am living overseas and want to buy DHA Multan File. I read LRE post earlier that file transferred till JAN 31 2016 only will be included in Phase 1 which will be developed earlier.
Does it mean that if i buy the file now it will not be the part of phase-1.
Your expert opinion please.

Dear Amir,
actually DHA issued a notification that they will stop buying land for phase 1 starting from Jan. 31, 2016 it does not mean that files issued after that will not be included in phase-1.
All files issued till date are related to phase-1 as phase 2 is not yet started.
it might possible that all files will not be included in first ballot, but will be for phase-1.
each 2-3 months mini ballots will held and all current files will get plots in Phase-1 |

Today rate of file on dha website is 33 lacs.
It was 32.50 lacs earlier. |
