The construction of main access road and E-block map are a bunch of good news and surprises for DHA Town, but I feel a major price jump will only start after you see 40-50 houses under-construction. The main road and E-block map will accelerate construction activity and as soon as we have 40-50 houses visible the plot price should average about 70 to 75 lacs becuase after the first 50 houses, the next 100 should be built in a matter of months. |
