On April 26, 2016, Malik Riaz had a meeting at the Grand Hotel in Bahria Town with file holders of Golf
View Residencia (GVR),
The file owners were told not to pay installments until the development work starts in GVR. There will be no fine imposed for not paying installments and files can also be bought and sold without paying installments.
People were also told that development can start from 20-25 days and Bahria has already acquired the land. Due to this development demand is high for GVR plots right now and it will be clear in 25 days that Malik Riaz fulfills his promise or it's just another tact to gain time.

it is so called professional body, which can change its rules and regulations in just a minute on the order of ONE MAN.

I believe this will not be goli. This is true that development will start within 20 to 25 days. If he had to give goli then he may ask that development will start within 6 to 12 months. Why he will give goli for just couple of days. |

Right now we are witnessing positive changes like development work has started in Alamgir and Sikandar Blocks so lets hope same happens in GVR very soon. |

He announced many things including bahria green,200 F sector files have gone to tulha,already balloted on 27 april,rest will be on 30 may,cleaning of management, GVR,THEY HAVE BOUGHT LAND UP TO RAIWIND ROAD,,SO SO SO. |

as per my understanding people are in groups active enough to get thier rights from bahria town as we have seen in past couple of months they have delivered whatever commitments.
no doubt comparatively bahria is many time better than others housing society. lets be positive. |
