why phase 9 extention increased so much?

Adnan replied on Thursday, April 28, 2016 06:05 PM  My Assumption: DHA is buying files from Land Owners to encourage them so they sell their land to DHA in the form of file and then encash (some expert can give the value of current agriculture land in that area) and multiply it with 4 (on the ratio of 4:1) to check if DHA is paying land owners equal to their land value/worth.

People bought prism files at 50 in 2006...people bought dha bahawalpur files at 32 two year ago...people bought dha gujranwala at 34 two years ago.... In the same way, 'some' people will keep on buying in 9-ext !!!
