Best society for living

Dear Brothers,

I need suggestions. I moved from Iqbal town to wapda town about 5 years back. My office is on Mall road. Now i feel its too far for daily travelling. So I want to move to a new place kindly suggest me best place to live so i could make a better decision.

1. Iqbal town (back to it)
2. Pcsir 2
3. Abdalian society
4. Johar town
5. Any other place u have experienced.

bros, you need to give your budget, small house could be 10 marla, price of this size house goes from 13 million to 25 million, depending on location. Canal road societies like tech society have only 16 marla houses, they would cost around 30 million or thereabouts, PCSIR has 15 marlas, cost at least 20 million or more, Bahria is gated, 10 marla house could be at least 15 million. So location and size would depend on budget.

NOT at this time. Currently market is holding cause of holding power of sellers. It would need Some chain of events to make this property prices fall else it would not be going down any soon and also dont expect the market to shoot up anytime sooner so my suggestion is to adapt wait and watch policy and see who wins in this tug of war game

PIA some Plots are below this value, If You see DHA fair Market Price sis still much Lowe than Market So it is Injustice, Max Fair Marked Price should be 60% of average deals. As It should keep Margin for bad Locations and Market Fluctuations

Prism H block is going to be the Hotter to the Hottest!!!!
LRR is extremely important for prism faster development as well because of ease of access from LRR side and for that 150Ft from LRR side through H block shall essentially be constructed on priority.
