Gujranwala's Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has recently shared a comprehensive guide detailing the process of obtaining possession in Sector C & G. This informative guide, presented through an instructional video on the official Facebook page on November 20, aims to assist individuals in navigating the possession acquisition process smoothly.


Here is a breakdown of the possession procedure:


Step 1: Submission of Initial Documents Begin by submitting the following documents:



  • Two possession forms

  • Photocopy of the allotment letter

  • Photocopy of CNIC


Step 2: Submission of House Drawing and Soil Test Next, proceed with the submission of the proposed drawing of your house and provide a report of the original soil test.


Step 3: Further Documentation In this step, you'll be required to provide the following items:



  • Demarcation form

  • NOC from Finance

  • Undertaking of own water supply and stacking of material and temporary hut

  • Copy of the paid challan for possession charges

  • Photocopy of drawing approval letter by DHA

  • Undertaking for a temporary electric connection in the water supply line


Step 4: Water and Sewage Connection Application Submit the application form for water and sewage connections, along with the original and photocopy of the paid challan for water and sewerage connection. Include two photographs of the house and photocopies of the site plan, CNIC, and paid bill.


Step 5: Completion Certificate Application Conclude the process by submitting an application to the Director of Building Control, including photographs of the house and two approved drawings on ammonia print. Also, include the original paid challan for the completion certificate fee, along with photocopies of the paid challan for water and sewerage, DHA letter for water and sewerage connection, and CNIC.


Note: The entire possession process is anticipated to be finalized within 30 days.

Since past 20 years I updated free of cost daily files prices weekly plot block wise prices plots for sale with plot numbers for sales weekly monthly Drone videos updates given 360 Virtual Tour each month shared weekly or monthly latest satellite images to update latest on ground development of your plots and houses construction status and all good or bad info shared by me personaly to each client with (💯 Percent accuracy trust as I believed it) or even if dealers asked me Market guidance told them all nothing but truth even if my own investment gets hurt or my estate suffered due to upset developers marketing teams. I lost millions and millions in rewards other gets for only stamping transfer papers for for unregistered dealers in Govt and Pvt developers projects.


After 20 years in field telling truth as it is now i have changed myself to only share good buying opertunity in any project regardless from where clients or dealers buy it. I have publicly told everyone in text audio and video I won't tell selling prices as no one likes to give credit for doing so and it only makes new enemies each time I do it from dealers communities developers marketing teams and clients who can't sell due to travel or other issues. They think prices fell only due to me saying to sell at peak not because they were going to fall any way if i kept silence due to extreme risk buying at highly inflated unsustainable prices also due to dollars rising political or economic situation at that times.



I know atleast 10000 (ten thousand) clients and dealers who trusted my over 20 years on buying calls started with Bahria Town sector C residential and commercial and selling calls in public like last call to beg everyone to sell DHA Quetta at peak rates of 145 Lacs plus. Told everyone it was only non registered dealers fraud to inflate prices that will hurt the project. Made 100 unregistered dealers enemies and stop doing same mistake in public from that point.


I have been 90 plus percent time right and 10 percent time i was wrong like in Liberty Lands people lost money even though 1000 even made money their too but many failed to sell when I publicly told i sold my 20 files at loss.
