Hello, I already put too much interest rate in pakistan. but our discussion is not interest. its halal or haram or whatever, but one thing is for sure too much interest rate is bad for business.
well, when it comes to town planning, i agree, Phase 6 planning is much superior but only B, H, J at the top, good number of corners, but if look at D block phase 6 for example it has a lane of 50 1K houses. if we talk about phase 7, it has good road network but less corners, may be commercials are not well planned. its personal choice zig zag or straight roads, as prism has bit curvy roads.
but we can debate about phase 9 commercials too, for instance its main entry in long run will be from H block but H,G,F does not have commercial area.
Also may be good choice would have been commercials close to ring road like MB.
but now real question is, in 140 budget in next 2 years what is better 7 or 9? i know in 5 years Prism 140 plots will be better but in 2 years time lets see?
but it seems that possession of prism is not near, it might take another 4-5 years, as too many pockets even main roads at H/G , H, B , F, E have patches. |
