Construction info requried.

Hi,
I am planning to build a 35X30 feet warehouse building in Lahore and needed some advise.
It is an open plot and needed to build three side walls and top roof (heavy quality).. Please guide me on following.
1): How many estimated bricks , stainless steel bars, cement , crush and sand will be required?
2): How many pillers needed to be build?
3): What shall be the depth of each piller?
4): What shall be the thickness of wall?

What is 2-3.... 5-6 Masala meaning?
What is the difference in Deformed bars and re-enforcement bars and where they are used?
Do you suggest to use blocks instead of bricks?

Dear Members,
Appreciate if anyone can guide me to a good housing society for 5 marla plot in Islamabad(not outskirts) for home construction. My budget for the plot is 25 Lakhs. Please guide what I can get best in this budget, possession or ready to possession in 1-2 year or so.

Its a new ERA for pakistan.
Things are bound to get better. Justice is the key for which many Pakistanis are living abroad.
Once things improve we will come back.
I dont want property price to increase, although they will most definitely increase. I believe everyone should have the right to his own house/home.

A stable period of Pakistan history is gone. NS departure will have negative effect on economy. Stock Market have shown already, Real-estate will be stagnant though will not see sharp fall, New Investment, files and Owns will decrease.
Pak currency will see devaluation Development Projects will be slow or wind up, Load shedding will increase.
Pls write it somewhere if you disagree.
This is wrap up of forecast, though Ball Ki Khal Utarney waly and Media Stricken will find many other excuses to fool themselves.

Disagree with Habib. Any spending on infrastructure at the expense of heavy loans is unacceptable. Not good for our future generations.

On top of that poorly and ill executed projects are a liability to maintain. Spending should be proportionate to needs not for the sake of political scoring. Remember metro bus was started by Shahbaz Sharif as a consequence of IK's Lahore jalsa. Extremely unfortunate!

Surfer bhai.....Prism is gaining good but will be slow and steady (i have investment in prism too) but I think ROI on cash files of multan would be much better now in next 3 years specially considering that hopefully Multan will deliver few sectors for posession in 3 to 4 years time while prism will not deliver any sector in this period.

I never say a single word of Comparasion between Dha Multan & PRISM. Making Comparasion of two different projects with a great difference of opinion & difference of ground reaIities is not a fair deal although conclude my wording on both previousely.
Members of this learned Forum are already aware of facts & figures of both PRISM & MULTAN.
Adnan Ali bhai post is a reflection to my words. But again in long term Dha Multan is a good project with fruitfull gains. It will again rise after the absorbtion of Installments plot & near cash file ballotiing.
PRISM is balloted
PRISM got its map
PRISM is in center of Lahore
PRISMERS have plot nos.
PRISM IS On FAST TRACK OF DEVELOPMENT.
No Comparasion of PRISM Location.
You are lucky to have plot in PRISM don't consider it as ROI. Its my wish that my brother shahzad make dream house on this superb phase 9 PRISM one day "In shaa ALLAH".

Surfer bhai Prism is excellent its best it would be future dreamland of DHA lahore and inshaAllah my second home as well. But i was talking about investment...business....as far as maps and plot numbers etc are concerned I am not sure if you have idea of phase 8 story. It was almost a finalized project without map and plot numbers just 6 years back and file was around 38. DHA multan is almost in same situation. Its planning is done location is known. Releasing the map with plot numbers is not a big deal at all in case of DHA multan as development has already started somehow.

Both are good as for long term more than 3 years Sui Gas 2 have little edge but in short run within one year Awt phase 2 have two steps forward than sui gas .
Big gain is expected in both due to LRR SL2 which will be open for public in 14 Agust 2017 and remain in mind that when SL3 will completed in start of next year these two societies demand will on peak because of bahria interchange and left alternate route which will start from sui gas 2 cross behind awt 2nd entrance towards LDA Avenue. Remaining Asses yourslef and decide .

No doubt Allah knows the best and great planner.

I will recommend you to go for AWT 2. why ?
Because
1- Dimensions of the Plot.
2- Immediate Possession.
3- Safe(No qabza mafia, Clean and crystal position of transfer of plots)
4- All Utilities of life available.
5- Families are living .
6- plots are still cheaper then surrounding societies.

And in my opinion these above facilities are lacking in sui gas 2. I will appreciate if Mian Waqas will let me know In which regard Sui gas 2 is better then awt2.
