Source? This was a rumour being spread by dealers last year when I had investment in phase 7, turned out not to be true at the time. Anyways, won't have a major impact on prices because naming it phase 6 doesn't do much, location still remains same. For instance, sector N (back portion) is in phase 6 while sector P is in phase 7 (both blocks next to each other) but both have roughly same prices.

Also DHA's decision making of which blocks should be in which phase is very poor, some very poor planning in that regards so even if this does turn out to be true, I won't be surprised. I mean it makes no sense to me how sector R is in phase 7 but all surrounding sectors near R are in phase 6 like sector M,L,N etc.
