I have seen many of your posts and videos. I appreciate your insight and effort. I also want to let you know that what you are doing is not only business, it is a public service too and RIZK-e-HALAL- aiyan ibaadat hi.
I was born and raised in Lahore, and therefore, want to buy a plot in Phase 9 prism, however, for us overseas Pakistani's Smart capital city has provided an option of online payment. What if we cannot travel to Pakistan due to COVID 19 in these days, and would like to buy a 5 Marla plot in Prism 9, How could we proceed, do your estate has facility where we can transfer money through bank to your estate's business account and sent you photos and ID card scanned copy and can buy an Affidavit file? For the allocation file is it also possible, or we have to contact any relative in Lahore and transfer money in his/her bank account? Thank you.

Dear Sir,
Due to FBR Issues it's better to transfer the amount in your friend/relative account then he/she will do the transfer on your behalf. No need for you to come to Pakistan, just your original CNIC and passport size picture is required.

Any idea on how to check the balloting result. I bought a 5 marla file in prism 18 months ago but i have not received any letter from DHA.

DHA will mail your intimation letters at the mailing address on file. Must wait for it. No other way to check plot number. Due to mail service suspended in lockdown, you may get the letter after postal services restored.

scurity level has been on lowest level,
theft incidents r happening on daily basis
mostly street lights remain off
No checking on main entrances

Itā€™s a sad reality but itā€™s a truth. That touts like you will sell their ... you know what I mean. There is no dignity left in our country. How this man is openly saying how things operate in Pakistan and yet thinks people will buy ?.

He himself admitting that itā€™s a black money and yet he would say to people to buy plots and keep the game moving until they stuck their money in it for decades and let these elites enjoy the perks of the peopleā€™s money.

The rates were on peak in 2016 and afterward no rise in prices is observed. It was most likely that the property market will see a bad time for few years.

However the new situation may worse the entire businesses including property.

The cutt of in jobs and businesses especially of overseers will not let any one to invest in property.
