Dear readers, what I hv seen in Dha multan balloting results seems biased, as all good locations seems gone to selected people and ordinary plots gone to other people. I am new to Dha sector if this is like this then would prefer next time to buy after ballot instead of going to rubbish areas. I put from expercied guys appreciated.

D452 only for 45~50
That cannot be. Its good location plot and only Multan resident can understand that. I was watching Lahore real estate shared video where an expert was pointing road leading towards Royal orchard as the road which will connect to BZU university from Central square.
B2 and D blocks are the best non developed blocks.

I purchased a 5 marla plot in 55 lac 3 years ago if i sell it now in 65. How much will be the total tax; me being a non filer.?

There is no non-filer thing now. U will have to file tax returns with 45 days of sale. Otherwise expect large fine. As per my understanding, you will have to pay 5% cgt of 75% of price increase i.e around 37500 pkr. This will be CGT. Rest I think will be paid by buyer. If you don't submit tax returns within 45 days, you will be given penalty of 5% of FBR value of your plot. Plus 12500 which was reduced due to 25% discount for depreciation.
Another thing, the payment should be through cross check/demand draft i.e through banking channel.
