I heard that Main Boulevard [160 ft ] plots in phase 8, W,T,U and V blocks will have different housing face direction, depending on site plan e.g. some plots will have inward and some outward ,,,,, is that true information.

yes all plots facing MB will have house back side. this way they will make sure each lane is secure. |

This never happened before in any phase of DHA that back will face the MB.
I have confirmed from DHA office that said face would be on both direction.
Wait and see till any house starts construction on MB |

Phase 8 is the most unique and most beautifully planned phase based on cul-de-sac concepts similar to Australia and Europe.
Limited entry and exit points to the blocks add to the privacy, peace and security of residents and reduces unnecessary trespassing traffic.
Plots on main roads may be allowed to have personal entrance doors on the front/main road side but the garages would be built on the back (inward side). This concept is quite commonly used in Australia. But of course, we'll find out the exact planning regulation when it comes from DHA or if somebody could share the site plan. |
