After looking into files balloting pattern adopted by DHA Bahwalpur it is highliy recommended to buy on ground plots only. As DHA bahwalpur is following pattern of DHA peshawar and similar action will be done in multan and gujranwala

Dear Readers,
What are your views on overall property market slump.
Since taxes are not the only reason for such a massive halt. It’s been 3 years since prices are stangnant and no chances of increment in prices I. Near future.

Would appreciate some logical feedbacks from intellectual people of this forum.

If you want to lose your money, then invest in property. There is not a single positive indicator in the economy and trade deficit being so bad, rupee will devalue further (can go upto 200 by June next year). Besides the moment you invest you get a love letter from FBR and prove that you paid all taxes on that money. In my opinion not worth it.

There is no slump.

What is missing is ecstacy-based buying and selling not based on ground realities like , which is good for the market.

Prices are increasing based on milestones e.g. Dha Town, Peshawar etc. which is how the market should be.

Dear LRE team,

Now that all installments of development charges paid, what is the process to get original allotment letter? Do we need to apply for it? Thanks for the guidance.

you will need the receipt of your last instalment.
2 passport size photographs with blue back ground.
the letter you got initially from DHA with your instalment plan.
photocopy of your id card of-course.

Take all these documents with you to dha office. There you will have to fill a request form, these documents are needed to attached with the form. This is the process I've gone so far.

She is too weak to go to lda office for sale execution ( as far i know a person must have to to go to lda office for sale ). She want to sale the plot as soon as possible. Try Following this
see LDA Transfer officer and they will tell You How to do
If she seriously ill then Doctors need to give certificate that she is Mentally Fit but Physically not fit to attend LDA Office.
A Lawyer need to be appointed to make power of Attorney with attestation of all legal Heirs
Normally if a person is in prison or too sick to attend office and still want to sell the plot, the power of Attorney with attestation of all legal Heirs is needed so that manipulation by one of relative can be Excluded

Considering recent rupee devaluation (15-20%), DHA Gwa rates are comparable to DHA multan which was a success at ballot. Personally I see dha gwa as more valuable property than multan because of being at GT Road and proximity to Lahore.
