It will take almost 3 years for A,P,C and Q to handover. You can expect possession in these blocks in by mid or end 2020 remaining will be handed over in 2021 or 2022.

I do agree with you. Look at the main roads of Prism and compare with the old phases of DHA. No comparison at the end. No doubt, "PRISM" will be the future of Lahore DHA. "In Shaa ALLAH"

Offcorse. But not for general public. They wl just give some model houses possssion of askari. Tbn thy may start some community clubs like maquee. Schools etc. But generally thy are lieing when thy say 2019 will b livable... Development pace is zero. For civilians one must stay away from this

DHA Peshawar deadline for paying development charges extended


Peshawar: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar has extended its deadline to submit the first instalment of development charges from February 10 to March 10, according to the developer’s official website.

The notices for development charges were sent to the plot owners soon after the authority held a ballot to allocate plot numbers to DHA Peshawar files. The first instalment of development charges includes the down payment plus the provincial government tax.

The date has been extended due to non-receipt of development charges due to various reasons, according to the information relayed on DHA Peshawar’s official website.
