Just read your post about Al-Rehman garden phase 2. I Just want to know in which block you invested if invested in if J Or K block than i would certainely recommends you hold till market take a start reason being 160ft from saggian has just inaugrated near joy land & both side of this road are commercials of 4 marla which directly enter into inbetween J & K blocks of phase2 near joy land which is supposed to be a near future entry point nearest from Lahore. I just visited that side few days back & explore a lot of potential in that area which may be may be a prime area in the eyes of punjab govt & other strong developers in near Future.

Kindly check google maps you will see both in the same area.
Currently the entry point is same as of phase 1 & phase 2 that is from sharkpur Jaranwala road side. But in near future phase 2 will become a new entty gate from saggian road side to Al-Rehman garden phase 2 160ft road is connecting via J & K blocks.

i am resident of K Block, dont sell the plot, retain it
i bought it 4 months ago and the price has just triggered 2 lacks per marla in K Block just opposite joy land.
once road is constructed from main sagian road, it may touch 9 or 10 lacks per marla.

Thanks to Allah .I got one plot of one Kanal balloted yesterday in DHA Peshawar with Plot number and sector . Kindly tell when the map shall be launched . The map given on website has very less pixels .
Also , confirm how dealers in Peshawar got my number . I have recieved 2 calls since yesterday regarding sale of plot .
