As per my observation which may be totally wrong that Rates of DHA phase 8 IVY green have decreased more as compare to Prisim

This is small society which seem to be developed faster so is it right time to invest in it

Someone is requested to through some light on it

Important Question re Prism

Question to experts and LRE and CMY

When do you think phase 5 M will actually have a full solid connecting road to Prism ??

How long it will take ?

I know every one keeps saying underpass connection to prism and all are excited about that but to my knowledge phase 5 even after underpass is not actually yet connected to prism.

Will the excluded area B block allow that road to connect ?

Until that happens Prism cannot gain much and its access will be an issue

Please update if anyone has better information

This Is Possible in few months Once Land in Patches is Acquired, No One Knows when this will Be Possible
Phase 8 air Avenue is To be connected to DHA phase 8 proper only 30 Metter or 100 feet land to be acquired but did not happen in 10 years.
DHA Phase 7 Main Boulevard is To be Connected to Barki Road that 300 Meter Land is Not acquired in last 10 years
However there has Been Progress Like You see Phase 5 M Block Underpass and DHA Town and phase 6 Link these also looked impossible few years Back
So hope for the best
