Information of "L" Block LDA Avenue-1

Some one is requested to throw some light on Clear Plots of "L" Block which have NOC and are transferable. will they get some Excess Road from Shair Shaw Coloney or Defence Road, as presently Location of Block "L" is wonderful and i have been allotted a 10 marla at the time of belting.

Should I hold it or sale it.

Important Question re Prism

Question to experts and LRE and CMY

When do you think phase 5 M will actually have a full solid connecting road to Prism ??

How long it will take ?

I know every one keeps saying underpass connection to prism and all are excited about that but to my knowledge phase 5 even after underpass is not actually yet connected to prism.

Will the excluded area B block allow that road to connect ?

Until that happens Prism cannot gain much and its access will be an issue

Please update if anyone has better information
