Sorry to tell you bluntly , but real estate is not a short term investment. One should only invest in Re, if holding period is at least 3 to 5 years.

DHA Bahawalpur will see lower
prices for the next 2 years or so, till all the installments are paid and plot balloting is done with development

Sir currently market was down almost everywhere from last some few months, just recently from last week
prices are starting getting better. DHA Bahawalpur 1-Kanal will be good in next 1 year. Better to hold it now.

Now don't need to be under estimate this particular time because this is ready to move upward. DHA Bahawalpur is going to an announcement for its Phase 2 to issuing new affidavits for phase 2 so it will be a good advantage for Phase 1 file holders to enjoy the profits on basis of gradully with the progress of developments and next year ear ballot it can gain maximum InshaAllah.

As Cmy mentioned buy plots for at least 2,3 years hold time ,Dha bhawlapur may loose because they are not dividing into phase 1 and 2 etc or ext new
files keep on coming and i heard they able to get few thousand kanal more and including it in phase 1 so files keep on coming next few months but after settling new files and with overall situation better for govt and market it will jump so hold for a year to see good.

I think it's best time to buy DHA Bahawalpur right now. The
Prices have been started to take a good jump so take it quickly before time fly like DHA Multan which is still now at 50lac. ROI would be good for short term but much better in longer run in DHA Bahawalpur.

DHA Phase 10 & Multan

Is this the time to switch from Multan to phase 10 Lahore as there is no extra cost involved; would this be more beneficial in two years time. Suggestions please

I think shahzad qamar sb is right you should not switch to dha phase10. For next 3 years it would be much fruitful than phase 10. Phase 10 still needs 3-4 years to talk and investment point.

Looking at google maps and comparing with Sector A Map, the construction of sector boundary roads seem to be well in progress. However, the principal collector road on the southern side of Sector A seems to be on hold due to an existing development right in the middle of the right of way of this road.
