Urgent: Plot Cancellation Deadline
A stern warning has been issued for developed sectors, specifically Overseas Prime (Sector A & B) and Overseas West (Sector B). Members who have been granted possession but have failed to clear their "Cost of Land" installments face immediate cancellation of their specific plot locations after March 14. To retain premium locations and avoid losing the benefits of possession, all pending installments must be cleared immediately.

On-Ground Opportunities and Luxury Villas
Development in Lahore Smart City has reached a sophisticated stage. In Overseas West Sector B, 5-marla plots are available with full utilities between 26 to 28 lakhs. Furthermore, Sector B now features operational schools, colleges, and villas. In Overseas Prime Sector A, 10-marla and 1-kanal luxury villas are ready for booking with a 20% down payment.
