Mostly second ballot takes place after possession. But we have to see dha may have come with new thing this time.but i think it would take atleast 5 years for second ballot or more than that.

Huge number of plots showing that the holding power of investor is shortening because all experts knew that it cant be developed and handed over in 3 years.hold your seat belts still there is wait of 5 years.so ot will be a roller coaster ride up and downs coming in a head years.

Current stagnation is reason for over supply, 7 to 8 ys development time was known fact from beginning. Only handful of newbies were expecting possession in 3 years

We should learn the price reversal of DHA, Phase 8. My personal opinion is that DHA Phase 9, Prism are unreasonably increased by 30% and correction will come if the situation remains same.
