Today DHA Multan application verification deadline passed, DHA Multan web site today not showing verified applications which earlier it showed. Did any body try to verify application today? Wondering if this is only for me or for all (some technical issue)

Both are good as for long term more than 3 years Sui Gas 2 have little edge but in short run within one year Awt phase 2 have two steps forward than sui gas .
Big gain is expected in both due to LRR SL2 which will be open for public in 14 Agust 2017 and remain in mind that when SL3 will completed in start of next year these two societies demand will on peak because of bahria interchange and left alternate route which will start from sui gas 2 cross behind awt 2nd entrance towards LDA Avenue. Remaining Asses yourslef and decide .

No doubt Allah knows the best and great planner.

I think this area(awt 2, sui gas 2, bacon house soicety etc..) is the hidden gems while the price is underrate but location,developments and enlargements are astonishing.

I will recommend you to go for AWT 2. why ?
Because
1- Dimensions of the Plot.
2- Immediate Possession.
3- Safe(No qabza mafia, Clean and crystal position of transfer of plots)
4- All Utilities of life available.
5- Families are living .
6- plots are still cheaper then surrounding societies.

And in my opinion these above facilities are lacking in sui gas 2. I will appreciate if Mian Waqas will let me know In which regard Sui gas 2 is better then awt2.

Khalid I have realized for Bahria orchard and some times Rahbar rates are not very accurate in this forum check with others too as I am sure your plots is worth 60ish plus atleast, By the way its 10 marls and Mr Mubeen Asghar have priced as 49 lacs.

I already had a chat with Khalid Bhai, there was a little mistake from my side, I thought it was of a south block of GVR, later Khalid Bhai corrected me with the Orchard Southern, Currently it's around 59,60. And Rahbar files are very rare in market, their rates are changing on daily bases depend upon their availability, hope they will have a very strong gain in near future. Thanks for your correction and accept my apologies.

Agree with @ Mian Haris . I have purchased a good location plot of 10 Marla in Nov-16 in D Block of phs 2 of 4.2 Million . Now some days ago dealers called me that if i intrested to sale than around 48 it can be sold but i think its value is more than it and i think with inaguration of LRR its will be near 55 .

Lot of people noticed that you are not clearly mentioned the rates of Phase 7 commercial and ParkView commercial.

Both phases has different rates depending on the Mouza but you only take the lowest rate. Gobind Pura and Malik Pura rates are totally different than your rate, having substantial difference of approx. 1Million.

I am unable to understand why all the housing societies in Lahore give their location reference from Lahore Airport, i.e. 10 minutes from Airport, 20 minutes from Airport etc....

We are nation of strange people. Overall our analytical skills have not developed enough to analyze common issue to the core. That is the reason we are being exploited everywhere. Unfortunately our education system is pathetic and more pathetic is the way mathematics is taught in our schools. Result is that we focus on surface values rather than core issues. Same applies to the real estate. We prefer to live close to airport to listen and count daily take offs and landings rather than finding good and economical schools and hospitals, approaches and links to access our offices, etc. We are being exploited in the name of style, luxury, status, class. Sorry for being blunt but that is the truth and that is the reason we as a nation not progressing.

2 reasons:

1) Due to herd mentality.
2) With a large population and large family sizes, every month some unwanted relative arrives to spend holiday. Driving to pick them is a hassle. :-)

There is something wrong with this rate.
LRE plots rates of 16 May 2017 sowing G Block DHA Parkview
G-236 (1 Kanal) 180 lacs
G-279 (1 Kanal) 165 lacs
Location of Plot G-300 is far better than G-236 and size is also a bit larger. If LRE plot rates of 16 May are correct then Plot # 300 should be somewhere around 190+ Lacs!
