I want to know which one is best for investment purpose of 5 marla plot for 3 years.How much jump you will see in 5 marla prism vs 5 marla in bahria orchard.Which one is good for investment.
Considering 5 marla in J Block.
and 5 marla in Bahria orchard.

Brother there is no comparison of these (Prism vs Orchard)

following factors:
1. Prism Location is far better.
2. Orchard already developed and for off-ground not recommended.
3. Prism undeveloped and it may take 5 years to get possession (few blocks can get possession some early)
4. Since your purpose is purely Investment so my vote goes for Prism.

Rest Allah knows what will happen in future so better to research fully and on site before investing your hard earned money.

Orchard is fully developed , by the time prism got possession the Orchard will be thickly populated and will be way ahead. Development standard of Bahria is also better then DHA. Only advantage Prism has over Orchard is better location
