Good News - Phase 8 plot holders Mostly not comm facing

I have visited DHA office and site of Phase 8 Also, It is confirmed that Most of plots located in front of Commercials are not Comm facing rather inward facing as I have attached Picture of Phase 8 Map with Arrow direction.

Administrator DHA, Phase VIII is designed on the cul-de-sac concept, where limited entry and exit passages and closed streets ensure minimum chances for external intrusion. Cul-de sac planning simply keeps out people who don�t actually live in the area, because closed-off streets cannot serve as routes to other areas.

Have you visited on ground? All electric connections, sewerage, svc roads are planned inwards for all plots marked with arrows in above map. I am not concerned with all MB plots but for all plots mentioned in above maps located in front of CCA1 and CCA2. Talk with some logic if you have please.

Long term in my opinion is related to minimum 5 to 10 years (depending upon pace of development by Dha Multan after balloting) To gain maximum in your Dha Multan Investment.
Plz becarefull while entry & exit points in short term in Multan, if your final destination is Lahore.
I think we have talk much on this forum regarding Dha Multan. And i hope that you remembered & most of the members of this respected forum the comparative analysis i made few months back in which I conclude my discussion.
I think Multan has attained much & good profits till now in this slow or week market of files for short term, while looking into positive steps taken by Dha Multan management. If files of extension 1 is not introduced in the market which is @ 33/= at the moment for the nearby area and if still files are issued by phase 1 in the market situation is much different at the moment.
For the First time ever I see an advertisement by its Investor association of any Dha project in the news paper but not by the management itself is a question mark for me.
May be in future this file is under pressure because of huge investers if they take exits, if dha Multan delays its balloting, if intallments plots are issued at good reachable price of common man like me.
In Long term yes no doubt its a good Investment. After balloting hold your good location plot pay development chages on time to Dha & wait for its visible development to reep maximum out of it & mature your investment by time than you are a real winner like those who are in Prism 9 Lahore at the moment.

Thanks for remembering me but your answer is not very clear, How come you just said 5-10 years when CMY has mentioned in his posts several times that the possession will be given with 3 years time for Phase 1 .

Why you think it will take upto 10 years ? When the development work is going on with its full pace. Don't you think 10 years you have just said randomly without taking the facts into consideration.

Fact which I believe by looking into it is once they will do balloting then probably they will give possession with 1-2 years of time the reason because they need to move forward and start selling the extensions files and may be the other phases like B,C,D Etc.

With due respect I am little bit disagreed with your above post. If you remember we had a debate here regarding the potential of this Multan, and so far time has proven that I was right, People like my self has made almost 75-80 % gain within 1 year time.

Even believe me or not I managed to gain this 80% mark on prism after 2 and half year so timing and profit/gain wise Multan is far better then my prism investment and its true not making up anything.

Once the ballot and the possession will be granted you will not find 1 Kanal plot in Multan less then 1 crore, again its not me being optimistic its me being more realistic.

Multan is and will be the best investment I have seen in years. Rest Allah knows the best. With Regards your brother KB
