What is per square cost ?
What are the rates of construction materials eg sand,bricks,grey,cenemet,labor rates?
Estimation time for completion?

2500 psq feet total cost
Sand is 27 psqft chanab,brick awal 8000 per 1000 around,cement 535 around. Labour rate is 300.

I visited this society 1.5 months ago. While road were not as good as DHA - they were certainly not broken. The society seemed to be safe - safe to an extent that I found kids playing outside without much concern to safety
