Please help me to found a housing society in low budget with installments for myself because I am a salary person in a private institution.

I am worried due to high prices of property in Lahore. I want to built a home for my poor family after my retirement in 2021.

I came to know there are two types of commercials for DHA rahber commercial as following
1) moza sadoki
2) moza halloki

The rate of sadoki file is 8 lac more than halloki one.

Can any one explain the difference and why one is better than other.
