i DONT understand why people lie so much in Pakistan, Bought recently to plots.
Had VERY bad experience both times. First of all, they lie that there is confirmed plot available., I offered tokens to number of " sellers " and every time their was no plot availability. ,
If one goes to market to sell his plot, they tell you lower value for your property and say its difficult to sell. When you buying they tell you total opposite.
Lot of times you will advertised plots with prices esp. at hot locations, they are mostly fake. They just want you to come to there estate that way. I can tell you for sure because my plot has been placed on the market several times in advertisements .....
I cannot believe where our country is going, Why cant we be truthful ? why cant we trust each other ?
I am in USA for several years, its so easy and straight forward to buy any property here, NO Mistrust or fraud can happen. its so simple
I dont understand why we complicate things so much in Pakistan. Life will be so easy if everyone is truthful .Its so sad people are so greedy and dishonest ..... . |
