DHA phase 9 5 Marla at best location in J Block Upper Cutting, i Bought one in early Feb it was 26 now 32.5, You can say about 70K gain every week, even at this price it has potential.
I prefer it on R Block as If you exit R Block at 5.5 KM you are at Ludhar Pind [exit will be definately through DHA Town] Where as in J Block in 5.5 KM you are at Qainchi pul. This has been reason of gain in last 3 months

DHA Multan for sure out of all choices. If balloting happens this year, your can easily gain 2 millions depending on location of your plot (May be even more)

Prism has its juice extracted already. No points of investing there now.
