START OF DEVELOPMENT WORK IN PRISM
Most likely the work would start as per following sequence
1. Development of major roads (150 & 120 feet) all over the phase
2. Development of 2-3 blocks simultaneously.
3. In my point of view it will start from A, B & Q blocks (personnel assessment based on
location, no work on LRR, easy accesses from already developed areas etc). It may skip B block temporarily due to a large excluded area.
Thus In my point of view it is going to be
A & Q
Followed by C,D, P & R
