Fazaiya & Ring Road

HI, Every body,
last week i visited fazaiya on raiwind road. it was a good society with a few houses already constructed then i met a dealer and during discussion he showed me the map of fazaiya and told me that ring road is going through this society and marking is already being done. when i saw the map and marking of ring road i was amazed that ring road is bisecting fazaiay from the middle. now dealer says that it is a plus that ring road is groing through fazaiaya but i feel its a negative point as the ring road is totally destroying the society by cutting it in two pieces.
Kindly give me some useful input please.
