Avoid F block if you are not a good risk taker. You can double your investment in many other less risky ways

I think there is no issue in buying an on ground plot. I myself purchased a plot in Tipu around 4 months back and able to sell it recentally around 5 lakh profit. Prices are on hike specially in ghaznavi and Tipu. There is always one major advantage in Bahria market that buyers and seller available. Other societies on southern side lack this and it is difficult to sell there. Yes it is not recommended to invest in files at all since Bahria has lost its credibility by ditching people in green valley , gvr and three off ground blocks in sector f. Bahria is Infact losing trust by such a tactics and will definitely face the music in upcoming projects.
